Who we are

This website is operated by Roberts Analytics (Pty) Ltd, a consultancy based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Questions about this notice can be sent to info@roberts-analytics.com.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the service you select (optional) and your message. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss a possible assignment and, if you appoint us, to manage that engagement. We do not sell or share it for marketing purposes.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Formspree receives enquiry-form submissions and forwards them to our email. Formspree is based in the United States, so submissions are processed outside South Africa.
• Our web host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, for security and operation of the website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the period needed to manage it and meet our professional and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email info@roberts-analytics.com and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za (opens in a new tab).
